What is a clever, tasty idea for a menu item at a barbecue to which vegetarians have been invited?
Q. I am throwing a barbecue and really want this one vegetarian to feel at home. I don't like the idea of just leaving her stuck with side dishes like baked beans or a salad. Any creative ideas from any vegetarians/vegans out there?
